Vance Auto Group – Miami is a family-owned automotive dealership looking for a full-time professional to manage our Sales Department. This is a career opportunity for someone who is outgoing, able to direct a team, possess time-management skills and is self-motivated. This management position will be responsible for generating vehicle sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing Sales team
• Must be able to coach, motivate and train staff effectively
• Communicate effectively with Sales staff and other department employees
• Develop proficient use of CRM (customer relationship management) software
• Establish daily goals and objectives for Sales staff
• Placing phone calls to current customers and potential leads
• Identify the customer’s needs and schedule appointments

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Automotive sales/management background
• Experience in VIN Soltuions CRM preferred
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet or exceed performance targets set by management
• High school graduate
• Valid Driver’s License
