This position works from the Newton Corporate Office and reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. We offer a hybrid work solution.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for coordinating invoice approvals, processing invoices electronically, following up with business leads on classifications, and working on ad hoc reporting.

• Invoice posting across multiple platforms/processes
• Obtains and follows up to ensure all invoices are approved with correct backup
• Answers all internal and external invoice/payment inquiries.
• Assists with weekly payment run
• Assists in monthly and year-end close process
• Understands and can clearly communicate all policies and procedures
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as needed
• Various ad-hoc projects, as needed
