How You’ll Make an Impact

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner regarding billing/fulfillment, product support, and service questions
• Identifying and addressing customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every request, and providing solutions and/or alternatives and issuing fulfillment as needed
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and coordinating communications with VIOC field employees and Valvoline customers
• Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative score card metrics
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and software applications
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
