Valvoline Express Care Hiring for Marketing Coordinator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Valvoline Express Care is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with our company. To be successful in this role the candidate must be flexible, able to prioritize and pivot, organized, and looking to grow their role. The ideal candidate must have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, SEO, and social media.

Essential duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone calls, e-mail inquiries and live chats
• Web design and development: Familiarity with web design and development best practices
• Social media marketing: Understanding how to create and execute social media campaigns, track metrics, and analyze data to measure success
• Email marketing: Understanding of how to create and execute email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and track performance data
• Support content creation and editing
• Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare s by analyzing and summarizing data
• Maintain relationship with our existing vendors
• Other office responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Associates or bachelors in a related field beneficial but not required
• 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Effective administration and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Position:

• Full time in office
• 40 Hours a week, Monday – Friday
• Salary 40,000-60,000
