Collaborating closely with the Operations PMO, the role will adapt existing project and portfolio processes to suit technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment and consistency in project management methodologies.

What you will be responsible for:

• Define the mission, objectives, and governance framework of the combined PMO.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules ,budgets, program charters, plans, and schedules.
• Develop portfolio ing frameworks and templates.
• Review and analyse existing project management processes.
• Define project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in establishing or leading a Project Management Office (PMO) and implementing project management processes and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including traditional (Waterfall) and Agile approaches.
• Familiarity with technology domains such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
• Strong grasp of portfolio management principles and practices, including portfolio analysis, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
