Valley Smiles Dental Clinic Hiring for Dental Receptionist at Chilliwack, BC Full Time

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team on a full time basis.

Here’s a Snapshot Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for our patients – Greeting patients, checking them in and offering our services while they await treatment;

• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment;

• Recording treatment info in patient records;

• Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer insurance and accounts;

• follow-up for patient care;

• Be an advocate for positive and pro-active dental care. What we are looking for in YOU!

• A passion for the dental industry and patient care;

• Prior experience in a Dental Reception role preferred but not essential; * Lots of empathy and a patient-centric approach;

• Be able to work independently and delegate on desk;

• A positive and proactive attitude;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

*Experience with Dental Software preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: $23.00-$31.00 per hour
