Valley Oaks Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on our Human Resources team!

Valley Oaks Health is a non-profit Community Mental Health Center located in Lafayette, Indiana and serving 9+ counties with countless lives impacted. We currently have almost 500 employees and are looking to add to our team!

The main duties of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:

• Recruiting initiatives, including attending events
• Concierge services for applicants to ensure a positive experience
• Screening of applicants
• Research and recommendations for new sources of active/passive recruiting of candidates

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Communications preferred (experience may qualify in lieu of).

2. 2 years previous Human Resources and/or Employee Recruiting experience strongly preferred.

3. SHRM certification preferred.

4. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.

5. Holds a valid Indiana Driver’s License, good driving record, and insurance.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
