Valley Express LLC/Planet Freight Hiring for Transportation Planner/Dispatch at Oshkosh, WI Full Time

Job Description:

· Ensure integrity of data within the Transportation Management System (TMS)

· Plan and on operational capacity daily, adjust for last-minute changes

· Communicate any changes with customer service and drivers when they occur

· Provide timely communication when a shipment needs to be rescheduled

· Communicate with other team members concerning any alteration to the planning structure affecting their area

· Perform other duties as needed to reach operational goals

· Assist in EFS card management and money codes to drivers

· Ensure trailer numbers and correction in and out are entered daily for each driver

· After hours duties as assigned

· Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/ procedures
