To build on our market success, we’re searching for a highly driven marketing and content coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, social media, and light digital. The coordinator must be an organized multitasker, with the ability to own diverse projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.

About the Position

• Work days are typically Mon-Fri
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities. Track progress with Marketing Manager
• Plan and manage events, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, managing booth set up and take down, and attending events as staff when needed.
• Plan, develop, and execute email marketing efforts from review generation to service announcements, company newsletters, and promotions
• Create and maintain a content calendar for all online and social profiles in conjunction with current marketing strategies and promotions. Manage social media and online profile presence including creating posts, stories, blogs, and more
• Continually seek new and fresh ideas for connecting with new and potential customers
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team or sales and marketing leadership, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
• Manage and organize department digital files
• Other tasks and projects as needed

Competencies

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Competency within Adobe Suite, Canva, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and email marketing services
• Professional and effective communication
• Exercises analytical thinking
• Exhibits accountability and dependability

Requirements

• AA or equivalent experience in marketing
• Experience in content marketing across multiple channels
• Must be flexible with changing priorities
• Ability to maintain all company standards
• Alignment with company culture is a must
