Valence School Hiring for HR Administrator at Westerham Full Time

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm

£10.20 per hour – £11,583 p.a. (£19,676 FTE)

This is an exciting opportunity for an extremely organised, efficient and customer focused HR Administrator. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team to deliver an effective HR service covering the whole of the employee lifecycle within a school environment. The role will have a focus on recruitment, training and development.

You will have strong administration experience and enjoy a busy and varied workload. You will have competent IT skills and be able to work accurately and to deadlines, communicating effectively with staff at all levels. The ability to work confidentially and remain calm in a busy environment is essential. Experience of HR practices is desirable along with experience of HR databases.

Valence School is a KCC Foundation residential and day Special School for children and young people with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and associated learning and communication difficulties. We are part of the Kent Special Educational Needs Trust (KsENT)
