Vagaro Hiring for Enterprise Sales Representative at Pleasanton, CA Full Time

Vagaro is looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join its growing sales team. This position will require knowledge of salon, beauty, wellness, and fitness industries. The ideal candidate should have a competitive personality, self-motivation to achieve revenue targets, and the ability to explain a technical product to potential customers over the phone. This position will directly to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the profile of Vagaro’s target customers. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in conjunction with the sales development representative assigned to you.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota goals
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Vagaro’s SAAS technology for salon, beauty, wellness and fitness verticals and be able to articulate how it will drive value for clients
• Develop and manage client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle leveraging all direct and social media connections
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements in Salesforce
• Scope customer requirements and generate detailed value assessments and proposals as needed
• Manage inbound Requests for Proposals from current clients and prospects
• Evangelize Vagaro Software through product demonstrations, off-site presentations, in-market events, and client/prospect account specific initiatives
• Participate in trade shows and events as necessary
• Be a team player and work well with others

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced sales environment with proven quota performance
• Experience managing and closing complex consultative sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of account management
• Knowledge and practice of consultative sales methods like Solution Selling
• Deft at handling long sales cycles; 6-18 months long
• Self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Solid computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Live Chat, and Zendesk
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually
• Travel Required
