Role with the Company:
As a Recruiting Manager with full desk responsibilities, you will be sourcing, recruiting and filling professional positions in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. Job titles include CFO, Controller, VP Finance, Senior Accountants, Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, VP/Director/Manager, Human Resources, and others. Additionally, you will be calling on clients and prospects to secure job orders and market our other lines of business.
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Collaborate with team to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business
- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for open job orders
- Meet with candidates in person or by phone or video conference to assess qualifications
- Consult with clients and serve as a partner through the candidate selection/interview/offer processes
- Foster long-term relationships within the accounting and finance community
- Generate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development and sales efforts
- Achieve established sales and performance goals around weekly metrics
- Participate in industry and community organizations to extend market awareness and enhance relationships
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in recruiting/staffing with consultative approach; full desk recruiting experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting, finance preferred; public accounting background a plus
- MS Office Suite application expertise
- Sales experience a plus
- Senior-level written and verbal communication skills
- Accustomed to engaging directly with senior leaders – both clients and candidates
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Agile, motivated, collaborative, and personable
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
