Vacaville Christian Schools Hiring for Middle School Math Teacher at Vacaville, CA Full Time

Responsible for individually teaching multiple sections of Sixth grade Mathematics and Pre-Algebra at the Middle School level.

Creating and submitting for review, weekly lesson plans, daily lectures, regular homework assignments, and periodic assessments of student progress. Further duties will include participation at regular staff meetings, as well as possible supervision of students immediately before or after the school day. Collaborate with other members of the Math Department to review and improve departmental practices and procedures.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mathematics or a related field from an accredited four-year university, keen writing and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to the Christian education of children.

Preferred Qualifications: California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mathematics, experience teaching secondary Mathematics, and experience with Windows PC computers and Smartboard technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
