A Travel agent with a unique approach, specializing in mentorship and recruitment of aspiring travel agents. This travel agent is dedicated to fostering the growth of their recruits, providing comprehensive training and support to help them establish an thrive on their own.
Services include marketing strategies, client acquisition, sales techniques, booking assistance, and expert guidance within the travel industry.
With a strong commitment to education and mentorship, this travel agent ensures that all the tools and knowledge needed for success are provided to their recruits.
We provide all the training and tools necessary for you to be successful.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the company’s standards and values.
4. Onboarding :
Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their roles.
5. Benefits Communication :
Effectively communicate the enticing benefits we offer, such as flexible schedules, travel discounts, IATAN card opportunities, CLIA membership, E & O Insurance, and certification with suppliers.
6. Training and Development :
Assist in organizing and promoting certification classes for suppliers, helping travel agents earn free cruises, theme park tickets, and other rewards upon completion.
7. Online Presence :
Create and maintain personal websites for travel agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed to excel in their roles.
