V Services Group Hiring for Technical Support Specialist at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time
PROFILE: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN- L2
POSITION: Permanent Full Time
LOCATION: 3150 Glen Waverley (Work from Office and Client Site in Melbourne)
SALARY OFFERED: $50,000 to $60,000* per year + Super + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
About the Role:
- You will be travelling to customer’s site (Home or Office) to provide IT Support. Issues relate to L2 including setting up and troubleshooting Windows and Mac Computers, Network Setup and Configuration, Printers, Data Recovery etc.
- Work involves extensive travelling across Melbourne (Not Regional).
Skills Required:
- 2+ Years of demonstrated work experience in Desktop Support and Troubleshooting/Repair. L1/L2 Support Technician.
- Experience can be local or international.
- Building PC’s, diagnosing PC and laptop problems (Windows and Mac)
- Expert Knowledge of Repairing laptops and computer hardware.
- Expert Knowledge of networking, printer and software troubleshooting.
- Should be able to communicate with the clients efficiently. Strong Verbal Skills.
- Customer Service/Client Facing experience in Australia will be beneficial.
Please Note:
- This profile involves travelling throughout Melbourne for client visits.
- Should be available to start immediately.
- Should have a vehicle and full driving license.
- Candidate must be based in Melbourne.
- Should have full work right in Australia.**
- Should have up-selling skills. Lucrative Incentives on Offer upto $7,000 per month
