V Services Group Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Glen Waverley, Victoria, Australia Full Time

Position: – Inbound Customer Service/Appointment Setters

Work Mode: Work from Office – Mon to Fri – Upto 40 hours per week.

Pay out: $29-$33 per hour* + Super + Incentive

Office Location: Leicester Avenue, Glen Waverley 3150

About the Role:

• You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support – INBOUND ONLY – NO COLD CALLING
• Understand the customer issue and direct the call to the right department.
• Follow up and coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality.
• Follow up with Customers to know their feedback
• Commissions on Sales and Up-Sales.
• Manage day to day office operations.

Essential Requirements for this role:

• Prior Experience in call center/customer service/Customer facing role/ phone sales/appointment IN AUSTRALIA is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Phone Manners
• Ability to retain and convince customers.
• Able to think out of the box.
• Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
• Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
• You have to be based in Australia and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)

Important things to know before you apply:

• Training will be given, however that will be unpaid. Generally 1-2 days.
• Immediate Starters Preferred.
