Position: – Inbound Customer Service

Work Mode: Contract on ABN

Pay out: $26 to $30* per hour + Commissions. (Minimum 38 hours a week Guaranteed)

About the Company:

In our IT division, we provide online and on-site support for home and business users, along with other offerings.

About the Role:

You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support – INBOUND ONLY
Direct the call to the correct department.
After scheduling the appointment, co-ordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
Follow up with existing customers on the service feedbacks.

Essential Requirements for this role:

Prior Experience in calling/receptionist/customer service/phone sales/appointment setter is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
