Position: – Inbound Customer Service

Work Mode: Contract on ABN

Pay out: $26 to $30* per hour + Commissions. (Minimum 38 hours a week Guaranteed)

In our IT division, we provide online and on-site support for home and business users, along with other offerings.

About the Role:

• You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support – INBOUND ONLY
• Direct the call to the correct department.
• After scheduling the appointment, co-ordinate with Online or Onsite IT Technicians for service delivery.
• Follow up with existing customers on the service feedbacks.

Essential Requirements for this role:

• Prior Experience in calling/receptionist/customer service/phone sales/appointment setter is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
• Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
• You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
