Summary for the Senior Director of Product Management – Georgia:

Major goals of this role are to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the Marine Product Planning functions. Success will be achieved by working closely with market intelligence, R&D, new product development, product integration, product introduction and product launch teams to ensure KPI’s are achieved.

• Leadership – Oversee a cross functional team of 5 + (engineering, production, analytics).
• Data Driven – Make decisions based on market and business facts.
• Industry awareness – Passion for marine, powersports, RV, or other recreational industries.
• Education – BS/BA or Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Experience – 10+ years of portfolio management, product planning (current business, future business, communicate data based plans), leadership (managed a team of 5+), Passion for the recreational industries.
• Travel Ability – 25%

Responsibilities for the Senior Director of Product Management – Georgia:

• Understand current and future product needs and internal capabilities to build and execute product strategies.
• Lead a team of product managers to research and establish product strategies that align with the overall plans, objectives, and goals.
• Create market data supported project outline materials including business strategies to be used during executive and weekly new product presentations.
• Manage time sensitive projects from design conception through production
• Conduct and review market research and data to inform product strategies
