The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work as part of the National talent function by working key projects and business as usual including:
Managing end to end recruitment across your designated portfolio;
Create PDs and research remuneration benchmarking;
Coordinate pre-employment checks and visa and onboarding processes;
Workforce reporting and general process improvement;
Partner with the People team to provide advice on Retention & Engagement Initiatives, Learning & Development needs and Onboarding programs; and
Support the implementation of strategic HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, focus groups, EVP and employee recognition programs.
What will success look like?
You will be an engaging individual who is looking to take the next step in their recruitment career and gain exposure to a range of strategic people initiatives. Ideally, you will have:
A qualification in Human Resources (preferred, however not mandatory);
Prior experience in an end to end recruitment role;
Strong understanding of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent;
Strong administration and systems skills; and
A proactive and naturally inquisitive mindset;
