Responsibilities & Duties

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller & working alongside a friendly, collaborative team your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Balance sheets & bank reconciliations;
• Provide timely & accurate reporting for a key business unit;
• Complete month-end, journal & reconciliation processes, driving an accounting-compliant culture;
• Improve the divisions performance by providing key stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice;
• Identify efficiency & process improvement opportunities across the wider business; and
• Ad hoc as directed by management.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will be an Immediately Available, CPA/CA Qualified accounting professional with prior experience working within the Healthcare, Aged Care or “for purpose” sector. You will exhibit strong interpersonal skills & ideally have experience working with an NDIS or Aged Care software. Advanced excel skills & a practical understanding of a BI tool will be advantageous.
