Our sales division covers a variety of discipline’s; telesales, door to door, retail, commercial and business development. As an experienced recruiter, you will have up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment industry including sales recruitment experience.

Along with your ability to develop new networks and business relationships, you will be experienced in using a range of advertising platforms and be able to write creative content, which draws in readers, making them want to apply.

As a Senior Recruiter/Partner, you will lead, coach and develop a Recruitment Resourcer, helping them to reach their full potential. The role also allows you to tap into your creativity by driving exciting projects to support the overall group recruitment strategy.

This role can be remote, within commuting distance of our Gateshead office and monthly overnight trips to our head office in Chandlers Ford, Southampton.
