What does this role involve?
Working closely with the Recruitment team, you will play an integral part in sourcing new talent to join our growing department’s at Utilita.
Day to day you will:
· use your creative skills to create new and engaging adverts for candidates;
· build key relationships with internal/ external stakeholders;
· shortlisting candidates for potential roles;
· scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
Who we are looking for?
You will have a hands-on approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
You will join an experienced team who cover all aspects of recruitment, so you will always have support as you develop in the role.
Your exceptional communication skills will help provide a first-class service to both candidates and hiring managers.
