Working in internal recruitment, you get the best of both worlds. You have the chance to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping to understand the current and future requirements, and fully immerse yourself into the company culture.
This enables you to understand the skills and behaviours the hiring manager is seeking, so you can find the person that will have a positive impact in the role. It also allows for a great candidate experience, where you can give relevant insight into the role, painting a picture that will help them understand what the role entails.
As an experienced recruiter, you will have up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment industry, ideally in engineering, operations or IT technical roles.
Along with your ability to develop new networks and business relationships, you will be experienced in using a range of advertising platforms and be able to write creative content, which draws in readers, making them want to apply.
As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for an area of the business and lead, coach and develop a Recruitment Resourcer, helping them to reach their full potential. The role also allows you to tap into your creativity by driving exciting projects to support the overall recruitment strategy.
