We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our in-house team, to support hiring managers with their recruitment needs, by sourcing great talent.

What does this role involve?

Working in internal recruitment, you get the best of both worlds. You have the chance to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping to understand the current and future requirements, and fully immerse yourself into the company culture.

This enables you to understand the skills and behaviours the hiring manager is seeking, so you can find the person that will have a positive impact in the role. It also allows for a great candidate experience, where you can give relevant insight into the role, painting a picture that will help them understand what the role entails.

Along with your ability to develop new networks and business relationships, you will be experienced in using a range of advertising platforms and be able to write creative content, which draws in readers, making them want to apply.

This role can be remote, within commuting distance of our head office in Chandlers Ford, Southampton.
