Landmark is an Italian owned but strickly American produced ceramic company, specialized in the production and marketing of high quality porcelain for every possible architectural, residential or commercial use. Founded in 2013, in Mount Pleasant, TN, Landmark stands on a 96 acre plot, of which 1,000,000 sq ft are covered and has an annual production capacity of about 80 million sq ft.

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team and help maintain our corporate network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and software applications. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting system errors, monitoring system performance, installing and configuring software, and ensuring the security of the system. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced environment and take on a challenging role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
• Coordinate with providers and contractors regarding services (i.e. internet, cable, installations, etc.).
• Provide technical support to users.
• Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access.
• Responsible for purchasing and tracking all IT related hardware (Laptops, tablets, etc.).
• Collaborate with Italian IT team to ensure existing and new system integrations.
• Installation and configuration of new technical needs (i.e. additional access points, signal booster, etc.).
• Coordinate/track the preventative maintenance and repair of hardware items such as scanners, and printers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirments

• Bachelors Degree (BS/BA), in related field and 2 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to multi-task a must.
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be willing and able to learn new skills and techniques.
• Sucessful candidates will be flexdible with a proactive attitude.
• Must be able to work efficiently with minimal oversight.
• Experience administering Office 365 Office Suit and Email helpful.
• Must be proficient in Windows based OS, server configuration and maintenance, switches, routers, firewalls, VM Ware, Linux systems, etc.
