You Are:
A Senior Healthcare HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance, and support on a wide range of HR matters. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance through your insights and leadership in HR initiatives.
The Opportunity:
· Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives specifically for the Healthcare practice. Understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare IT sector and provide tailored solutions.
· Talent Management: Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning. Ensure the Healthcare practice attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent.
· Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for all employees within the Healthcare practice, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Resolve complex employee relations issues with a balanced and fair approach.
· Performance Management: Drive a performance culture through the implementation of performance management processes. Ensure clear goal setting, regular feedback, and appropriate recognition across the Healthcare practice.
· Change Management: Support the Healthcare practice through changes in business operations, structures, and processes. Facilitate effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Stay updated with the latest HR trends, laws, and regulations particularly relevant to the healthcare industry.
· Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and make informed decisions. Identify trends and develop proactive solutions to support the business objectives further.
What you need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· At least 9 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within IT or healthcare sectors.
· Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bonus points if:
· You have your PHR/SPHR or master’s degree
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $106,000-159,000
