Primary Responsibilities:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.

Performs and may coordinate business and application/IT platform support; analyzes discrepancies and system failures.
Facilitates and performs resolution activities to minimize business impact and avoid future exposure; informs team leadership and business partners of business implications associated with those events and develops recommendations to mitigate future impact.
Maintains proficient understanding of business processes, supporting applications/IT platform, and strategic direction.
Collaborates and exchanges information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
4 years work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design and/or IT documentation, with an understanding of application/IT platform data systems and operations processes.
Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, to include testing execution.
Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of IT applications/IT platform.
Knowledge of risk & controls with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls and testing of those controls.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience configuring SmashFly and Yello CRM platforms to support recruitment sourcing efforts in a mid-large sized work environment.
Proven ability to critically assess information from various sources, evaluate options and propose solutions to complex issues.
Ability to balance time-sensitive priorities while maintaining diligence to provide accuracy.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
A customer centric service delivery approach with an ability to embrace new technology platforms.

Compensation:
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $72,900.00 – $131,400.00 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location)
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
