Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and order status to customers.

Take orders and enter them accurately into the system.

Issue purchase orders and provide quotes to customers.

Suggest alternative products when appropriate.

Assist the office and shipping managers with various tasks as needed.

What sets you apart and must have before applying:

• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
• You must own a USAA personal bank account
• Administrative Background is a plus
• You must have a bank account with USAA
• Must be ready to work Immediately
• United states applicants only
• Having a USAA bank account is a plus for this role

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and inquiries

What we offer:
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $50,250 – $52,190 .

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
