US TechSystems Inc Hiring for Field Maintenance Engineer at Chandler, AZ Full Time

The Maintenance Field Engineer will provide logistical and administrative support for the maintenance department, facilities, supervisors, Plant Managers, and technicians.
Maintenance Field Engineer will evaluate systems used in manufacturing, engineering, and conducting periodic checks.
Effective project management skills, and maintenance field engineering practices.
This position will receive purchase requests for spare and repair parts, place and manage orders directly with vendors and coordinate with Accounting and Finance and Purchasing, when necessary, receive parts into inventory and assist with dispatch of technicians for trouble tickets.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory management for spare parts and bench stock inventories.
Assist Facilities and Maintenance in the preparation of departmental s and statistics.
Be able to assist meeting with and receiving vendors, field technicians, and contractors when needed.
Assist with SOP updates, revisions and additions needed to keep SOP current.
Managing and assisting the plant with the Tool Control Program.
This is to include Supplying, Enforcing, Auditing, and Maintaining Records on file.
Follow and ensure compliance to Quality system and GMP program.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams, which include plant and production personnel, manufacturing engineers, Maintenance Team and other technical professionals, to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven production or plant operations.
Evaluate systems used in manufacturing, engineering and conducting periodic checks.
Planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs, upgrades or engineering have been carried out.
Must be willing to travel, within facilities or offside as require.
Installing new hardware, software, equipment, or aid in process improvement Project as needed or required.

Required Education & Experience:
Forklift Certification required.
Must have basic math skills.
Complex reading skills required
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software preferred.
Maintenance Filed engineers should be skilled at managing any kind of technical work at the field with little to non-supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
