US Tech Solutions Private Limited Hiring for Help Desk Technician- at Auburn Hills, MI Full Time

Duration: 3 to 6 months contract with possibility to fulltime

Job Description:

• Professional work history or training with a focus on IT or automotive systems.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

• Computer hardware and software experience

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure

• Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware/ networking components.

• Substantial problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.

• Always maintain a professional image

• Dedication to excellent attendance.

Responsibilities:

· Duties include problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and developing follow-up steps in support of IT systems that support vehicle programming.

· Able to resolve fewer complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are escalated for resolution.

Experience:

· Customer contact experience.

· Computer hardware and software experience.

· If someone is a fresher and some certifications in IT and network, also eligible to apply for this job.

Skills:

· Exceptional communications and organizational Skills.

Education:

· High school diploma or G.E.D at least.
