As part of the Talent Management team, you will contribute to cultivating an engaging culture, building high performing teams, and delivering tools to help all employees grow and succeed.

About the Role:

The Talent Manager is responsible for contributing to the organization’s talent management strategies and programs. In this role, you will design, implement and own talent development programs to improve the engagement and performance of employees, such as performance management, succession planning, leadership development, onboarding and talent reviews.

The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the company to identify and develop talent, and to ensure that the organization has the necessary skills and competencies to achieve its goals.

This role will also develop and manage project plans to successfully execute programs, as well as conduct needs assessments, focus groups and employee interviews, along with analyzing organizational data, to identify areas of focus.

What You Will Do:

• Work with the talent team to develop and implement comprehensive talent management programs that support the overall business strategy and goals.
• Partner with our HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of employee retention strategies and programs.

• Lead Performance Management efforts across the organization; to include design updates, feedback, and enhancements.

• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure access to the latest talent management trends and tools.
• Take an analytical, yet strategic approach to assessing and ing on talent needs

• Manage talent data in the future talent/performance management system and use of the system by employees; evaluate and design future investment in talent management technologies
• Partner with other teams within HR to deliver on talent management initiatives and drive talent strategy and priorities.
• Adapt to the needs and priorities of the organization while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer success.
• Coach talent across the organization.
• Manage multiple programs, project plans and timelines effectively.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on program design and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent management strategies and programs.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to work with confidential information and demonstrate an objective HR mindset.
