U.S. Electrical Services is looking for a Finance Digitization Specialist to join its Team in New York City or Fairfield, NJ. This new role can also be based from a remote office location in the U.S.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Successful applicant will work to digitally transform the transactional relationship between USESI and our clients, replacing various old-school relationships for business transactions such as pricing, PO’s, invoicing, and payment with modern, state-of-the-art methods of machine to machine relationships. To succeed, applicant will need a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn with the savvy to figure out new solutions for various technical interface challenges. Customer interpersonal skills will also be an important to success. Candidate will need a high level of initiative and drive functioning in a fairly unstructured environment. This role reports directly to the Region President.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience within the electrical industry, with a focus on finance process automation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with distribution/supply chain management software such as Eclipse
• Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Detailed oriented and excellent work ethic
• Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
• Driven to succeed, motivated by rewards and incentives
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
