Job Description
U.S. Bank’s Talent Sourcing team is hiring multiple Talent Sourcers ! Roles may support varying business lines depending on the individual’s skills/qualifications. We are especially interested in sourcers with experience in Digital (Product, UX/UI) or Technology (Engineering etc). In this role, you’ll need to be resourceful to generate pipelines. You’ll use boolean, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Phenom, Workday and networking to build talent pools. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be assigned 10 or more hard to fill positions.

Location: This role is open to candidates in any of the posted locations. Roles will be hybrid blending time in office or at events and time spent working remote depending business needs
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 1 or more years of sourcing experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including research, sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
– Experience as a Talent Sourcer is highly preferred
- General market intelligence and business line function knowledge and understanding of how specific roles hired for connect to the business line and the organization as a whole (bonus points for experience in Midwest/East and rural communities)
- Effective project management skills
- Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
- General knowledge of and ability of conduct a behavioral based interview
- Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $73,865.00 – $86,900.00 – $95,590.00
