Us Angels Hiring for Sales Assistant at New York, New York Full Time
Us Angels, a NY based company that specializes in girls dresses & sleepwear, is seeking a full time assistant salesperson.
The position is in person, at our NY headquarters in midtown manhattan.
The sales assistant will work directly with our senior sales person and VP of Us Angels
Responsibilities:
- Pull weekly sales information from vendor portals
- Enter sales orders
- Set-up line lists and prep CAD’s for market meetings
- Send ecom copy & samples/images to accounts
- Maintain sales samples
- Develop strong relations & communications with assistant buyers
- Assist with market meetings
- Customer service for Specialty stores
Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Strong excel skills
- Able to complete tasks efficiently & independently
