We are looking for a Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role is perfect for someone with 3 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Develop Marketing Strategies:** Create effective marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth within the target market.
– **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
– **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
– **Conduct Market Research:** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and adjust strategies as needed.
– **Prepare Sales Proposals:** Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
– **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other team members to align marketing strategies and sales goals, contributing to a cohesive approach.
The ideal candidate should be results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software are essential. Additionally, excellent negotiation skills and a good understanding of the sales process are required to succeed in this role.
