Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience to work in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have completed an . program and will be responsible for operating lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Machine Setup**: Prepare and set up lathe machines by adjusting tools and settings to meet specific job requirements, ensuring optimal performance for each task.
– **Operation**: Operate the lathe machine efficiently to produce parts according to engineering specifications, while monitoring the process for quality and consistency.
– **Quality Control**: Inspect finished components using measuring tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.
– **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition, troubleshooting any issues that arise during operations.
– **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production numbers, material used, and any issues encountered to ensure smooth workflow and provide necessary updates to supervisors.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to detail is essential to ensure high-quality output. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also important. Good physical stamina and dexterity are needed to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
