Goodside Health is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative to join our Corporate team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a junior-level role with potential growth opportunity for the ideal candidate.

The Talent Acquisition Representative is responsible for contributing to the organization’s staffing efforts by utilizing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent with the organization’s strategy and goals in mind.

Urgent Care for Kids, our pediatric urgent care line of business, was founded in 2011 and operates 13 clinic locations throughout Texas.

We launched our novel SchoolMed program in 2019 with an aim to advance the delivery of pediatric care. Today, our SchoolMed program proudly serves more than 1.

1 million eligible students and their campus communities through our telehealth and well care programs.

Essential Functions

• Full cycle recruiting for clinic, provider, and corporate staff.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
• Sources, screens, and interviews candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process, from creating job postings to extending offers and coordinating onboarding.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilizes recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process for all stakeholders.
• Sources candidates through different mediums including but not limited to job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Facilitates the interview process by preparing interview questions and other hiring and selection materials, scheduling interviews, and attending interviews as appropriate.
• Conducts reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Coordinates hiring events and participates in job fairs to network with potential candidates (minimal travel required).
• Maintains and improves our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain talent that contributes to our company’s growth.
• Stays informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance is a core requirement of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and strong interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working professionally, courteously, collaboratively, and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Uncompromising ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Understanding of best practices applicable to healthcare industry hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

• At least two years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Some post-secondary education (preferred).
• Proven experience in healthcare talent acquisition (highly preferred).
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline (highly preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

We are pleased to share the annual base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $50,000 .

If you are hired at Goodside Health, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical , in order to allow for future salary growth.
