About the role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will provide administration support to the People & Culture team including, but not limited to, assisting with all field-based recruitment including conducting phone interviews and reference checks, managing the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, organising training sessions including room bookings, staff reminders and catering, and general administration assistance to the HR team.
Essential skills and experience:

• Currently studying HR
• Exceptional administrative, organisational and time management skills
• A good understanding of HR practices and principles, or the desire to learn
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel and documentation management
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers;
• Excellent interpersonal, team building and communication skills;

This role is a casual position, for 10-15 hours/week. We are flexible with the days/hours of work to fit around your study.
