Responsibilities

• Engaging content curation to relate to different types of audiences.

• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends to incorporate creative and innovative ideas to drive higher engagement on social media.

• Ensure content meets standards and voice of brands being managed.

• Consult social media marketing strategy and coordinate logistics.

• Coordinate media production and plan logistics based on brand messaging.

• Work in an agile workflow environment and upkeep task management system.

• Influencer network management and coordination of campaigns.

• Coordinate production team to meet obligations and client needs.

• Communicate with clientele for ad hoc needs and troubleshooting.

• Run tailored campaigns and manage digital advertising by catering to audience niche interests.

• Provide studies and analytics on campaign performance and make improvements based on findings.

Preferences

• Experience in organizing and coordinating events/initiatives.

• Experience or knowledge in digital/traditional marketing.

• Knowledge or experience in media production (eg. photography/videography/graphic design).

• Understanding of what makes effective advertising.

• Understanding of Hootsuite, Later or other social media automation software.

• Outside the box thinker.

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize requests, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Pays attention to and appreciates details.

• Works well with other people.

• Able to work in a constantly changing environment and think on his/her feet.
