The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have worked for a fast paced company, ideally in software, with a diverse group of professionals.
Responsibilities:
You will actively review and shortlist candidates.
You willmanage full life cycle of recruiting, for both technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates.
You will work with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specsifications.
You will conduct intake calls with hiring managers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on search status.
You will source and recruit candidates through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc.
You will screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments.
You will use ATS to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reports.
You will represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
You will provide assistance with other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a similar field.
2-3 years of experience with Recruiting.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations.
Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Multi-platform sourcing experience.
Software Engineering/Technical Recruiter experience will be considered a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently.
Strong decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
