• Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed hiring criteria.
• Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether an offer can be made.
• Listens to stakeholders views and needs in the interview and hiring process and offer best practices and solutions to problem solve.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders when necessary.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
• Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
• Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
• Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
• Works job boards and job lead software or systems to find and build candidate pool
• Builds relationships and maintains contact with potential future candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
• Experience in human resources or recruiting
• Experience working within the restaurant industry for a minimum of 1 year preferred
• Experience in the role of talent acquisition/recruitment for a minimum of 3 years in multiple markets nationwide.
• Working experience and knowledge of applicant tracking systems with the ability to set-up, manage, and maintain the system
• Working experience with LinkedIn
• High level of communication both verbally and written
