What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and out-going IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

· Managing the help desk process by providing support, troubleshooting and consultation to staff to ensure smooth responsive operations.

· Ensuring the reliability of day-to-day operations of technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.

· Coordinating the set-up of data services and maintenance of all types of information technology products.

· Participating in business continuity planning. Providing hands-on support during emergencies, outages, and service transitions.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of IT experience with a strong knowledge of hardware and software applications. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting different types of technology software is required, preferably within a medical environment. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of the function and integration of network and servers.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. Candidate should have demonstrated effectiveness with troubleshooting and problem solving.
