FULL TIME Receptionist

The Upper Room Home Furnishings is looking for a full time receptionist with exceptional communication skills, professional and dependable, with FLEXIBLE hours. (shifts are days/evenings and weekends) This is a permanent full time position! We offer competitive salary commensurate to experience.

Duties Include:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Entering detailed service calls
• Data entry and verification
• Accounts receivable
• Scheduling deliveries
• Communicating with warehouse employees
• General office support

Required Skills:

• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Professional attitude with strong time management skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Positive attitude, flexible and self-motivated
• Proficient in computers: Excel, Outlook, MS Word
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
