Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facebook and YouTube Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and YouTube platforms to drive measurable results and achieve business goals.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Facebook and YouTube advertising
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience using advertising analytics tools to measure campaign success
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design principles

Description of Job Duties:

• Plan and execute Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns, including target audience research, ad creation, and optimization
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices on Facebook and YouTube
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ads
• Develop and implement tracking and measurement systems to accurately track campaign success and ROI
• Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Create monthly s summarizing campaign performance and recommend areas for optimization

Compensation Amount:

• Salary (W2 employee): $55K – $65k
