What Are The Details Of This Position?
UPLevel is looking for a team-oriented puzzle solver to fill the position of Remote Sales Coordinator. This team member will connect and coordinate with industry leading companies in the booming sectors of infrastructure and construction, building strong strategic partnerships around connecting great people with exceptional opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Contact Center Services, the Remote Sales Coordinator will work closely with the team to drive solutions and deliver excellence while upholding UPLevel’s brand and culture.
Major Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain good business relationships
· Communicate with industry leaders via phone, email
· Conduct outreach and actively engage with leads and prospects
· Coordinate and follow up on all prospects and outcomes
· Act as a learning consultant and trusted advisor to the business
· Look for ways to constantly improve our solutions and relationships
Experience & Skills Required
– Sales within the construction industry is considered a major asset;
– Excellent engagement and relationship building via phone and email, with excellent active listening skills;
– Customer service oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities;
– Experience with Asana Project Management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Microsoft teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, and Word) required
– Possesses the ability, equipment, work ethic and independence to work remotely forming an integral part of the team
– Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build strong relationships
– Analytical problem solver with a keen eye for detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
– Results orientated with the ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure
Work Hours
Weekdays. And since we serve a number of time zones, we will be testing a few schedules out to see what fits best for the client and for you. This is a full time position and will constitute a minimum of 37 hours per week.
