Description

We’re looking for the right candidates to join our amazing team of Customer Care Specialists. We’ll support our client – a salon and spa appointment setting and payment system focusing on small local businesses. We will WOW their customers as they enjoy their digital experience. This role will require an individual to be extremely proficient in providing superior customer service with a strong desire to drive customer satisfaction and retention, as well as a love of all things beauty! Enjoying conversations with great people is key to success!

Requirements

LOVE of helping people and giving them an amazing customer experience;

Ability to work 10am-8pm EST, 4 days a week (enjoy a long weekend every week)!

Agile and super comfortable with cloud based digital systems and google suite;

Able to effectively multi-task;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Extremely strong conversational phone skills;

Experience with customer care processes ideally within the spa, salon, or beauty industries;

Able to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and written;

Passion for finding solutions and creating an easy transaction providing the best possible customer experience;

Overarching focus on customer experience and journey;

Previous experience or interest in the beauty and/or wellness industry;

Strong work from home setup for high quality VOIP calls

Additional Information

This position would require the candidate to work remotely from home due to Covid-19. Candidates will be required to have access to reliable, hardwired internet and tech requirements such as a working up-to-date computer or laptop, along with a fully functioning USB headset.
