Who Are We Looking For?
A warm, enthusiastic, detail oriented data entry specialist –This is a job with a purpose! Be a part of a team that is helping to save lives! You have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills and are passionate about working with purpose. Ideally you’ve used the Google suite of products (GSuite) and are comfortable working with minimal supervision while being dedicated to proficiency.

What Are The Details Of This Position?
UPLevel is looking for a team-oriented support mastermind to fill the position of Customer Care Representative. This team member will be responsible for data entry working within the health and wellness industry. Connecting great people to exceptional opportunities. It will be fast-paced, meaningful, and fun.

Administrative support duties are a critical function of this role as well and the successful candidate will be ready to dive in and perform administrative tasks with diligence, accuracy and excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Experience, the Customer Care Representative will work closely with the team to drive solutions and deliver excellence while upholding UPLevel’s brand and culture.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good business relationships with our client(s) and customers
Entering data from source documents within appropriate time limits
Reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output before submission ensuring 100% accuracy
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry
Act as a learning consultant and trusted advisor to the business
Look for ways to constantly improve our solutions and relationships
Experience & Skills Required
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
Familiarity with administrative duties
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Typing speed and accuracy
Knowledge of healthcare and wellness industry a bonus
Confidentiality
Experience using Google Suite (Gsuite)
Work Hours
