UP Education Hiring for Talent & Sourcing Advisor Job at Melbourne Full Time

About the role:

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our small in-house team as a Talent & Sourcing Advisor, where you will drive excellence in sourcing. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Managers across UP Education Group to provide proactive and strategic sourcing solutions to attract and engage with the best talent, now and into the future.

A day in this role involves everything from working with Hiring Managers to actively sourcing candidates for roles, and following through from advertising to onboarding, whilst ensuring that candidate and customer experience is always top of mind. You’ll have a natural ability to become a trusted advisor to both the business and the team. You’ll do this by building and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders and Managers to ensure they recruit and retain top talent and successfully resource their teams.

It’s a fast-paced role with lots of opportunity to make it your own and you’ll be given the autonomy to make recommendations on process improvements and initiatives across the team. We are just getting started in establishing best practice and you can be part of that journey!

Please note, this role can be based anywhere in Australia however our preference is for the successful candidate to be based in Melbourne.

About you:

You will have a strong interest and experience in using online platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search, Trade Me Scout for strategic sourcing and talent pooling initiatives both nationally and internationally. You will be able to tap into the passive market allowing you to build a strong talent pipeline.

You must be passionate about people and have the attitude to prove it! Your experience in developing and sustaining effective relationships from staff to stakeholders will be a key strength as you are without a doubt a compelling and effective communicator who uses these skills to quickly build rapport. Your ability to persevere when under pressure and embrace change will see you succeed in this role.
