Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promoting the company services to potential customers
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s services
• Reaching the monthly sales targets and goals
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies
• Analysing customers’ expectations, preferences and reactions to services
• Conducting competitive analysis
• Maintaining sales records and forecasts
• Producing sales report and presenting sales strategies

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Work experience in training and international education sector is preferred
• Solid skill in converting sales leads into a sales deal
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good command of all MS Office software
• Ability to work well in a team, high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Mandarin is required for this role
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Sales Trainee

Report to: National Sales Manager

Compensation package:
Salary: £25,000 -£30,000 per annum + uncapped commission, 28 days holiday inclusive
of bank holidays, work pension
