What will you be doing?
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant collaborates with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners and HR colleagues to deliver recruitment expertise. This role influences (through coaching and advice) Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to adopt effective talent practices and assists in the design and delivery of inclusive recruitment and selection strategies.
